全程优质护理在经皮肾镜钬激光碎石术肾结石患者护理中的应用

Application of Whole Course High-quality Nursing Care in Patients with Renal Calculi Undergoing Percutaneous Nephrolithotomy with Holmium Laser

探讨了全程优质护理在经皮肾镜钬激光碎石术肾结石患者护理中的应用效果。以西安交通大学第一附属医院2019年1月—2021年1月收治的80例肾结石患者作为研究对象,用抽签法随机分为两组,对照组实施常规护理措施,干预组实施全程优质护理。比较两组患者护理满意程度以及并发症发生率,观察组各项护理满意程度指标评分均高于对照组,而并发症发生率(5.00%)低于对照组(20.00%)差异显著(P<0.05);观察组(生理状态、心理状态、社会功能、情感职能)各维度生活质量指标评分高,差异显著(P<0.05)。观察组患者各项时间指标相比对照组更低,差异显著(P<0.05)。护理前VAS评分无对比性(P>0.05),护理后观察组患者VAS评分低,对比差异显著(P<0.05)。通过对肾结石患者实施全程优质护理措施,相比于常规护理方式,更加利于提升患者对护理方式满意程度,且可降低手术预后风险。

To explore the application effect of whole process high-quality nursing in the nursing of patients with renal calculi undergoing percutaneous nephrolithotomy with holmium laser lithotripsy.Taking 80 patients with renal calculi admitted to the First Affliated Hospital of Xi’an Jiaotong University from January 2019 to January 2021 as the research object,they were randomly divided into two groups by drawing lots.The control group implemented routine nursing measures,and the intervention group implemented whole process high-quality nursing.The nursing satisfaction degree and complication rate of the two groups were compared.The scores of various nursing satisfaction indexes in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,while the complication rate(5.00%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(20.00%)(P<0.05);In the observation group(physiological state,psychological state,social function,emotional function),the scores of all dimensions of quality of life indicators were high,with significant differences(P<0.05).The time indexes of patients in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).There was no contrast in VAS score before nursing(P>0.05),but after nursing,the VAS score of patients in the observation group was low,with significant difference(P<0.05).Through the implementation of the whole process high-quality nursing measures for patients with renal calculi,compared with conventional nursing,it is more conducive to improving patients’satisfaction with nursing methods,and can reduce the risk of surgical prognosis.
