高通量透析对尿毒症维持性血液透析患者甲状旁腺激素及心功能的影响

摘要 探讨高通量透析治疗尿毒症维持性血液透析患者甲状旁腺激素及心功能的临床效果,选取96例尿毒症患者作为研究对象,研究时间为2020年8月—2021年10月,96例尿毒症患者经随机排列法分为两组,其中48例给予常规维持性血液透析治疗的患者纳入对照组,另外48例给予高通量血液透析的患者纳入研究组,两组持续治疗6个月后比较心功能指标和甲状旁腺激素的变化。治疗后,两组LEVDd、LVEDs和iPTH(血清甲状旁腺激素)水平均低于本组治疗前,LVEF和E/A水平高于本组治疗前(P<0.05);研究组治疗后LEVDd、LVEDs和iPTH水平低于对照组,LVEF和E/A水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。证实高通量血液透析治疗可以有效调节尿毒症患者iPTH水平,改善患者的心功能,在一定程度上有助于预防心血管病变的发生,临床治疗效果显著。 To investigate the clinical effect of high flux dialysis on parathyroid hormone and cardiac function in uremic maintenance hemodialysis patients,.From August 2020 to October 2021,96 uremic patients were randomly divided into two groups.Among them,48 patients who received conventional maintenance hemodialysis were included in the control group,and 48 patients who received highflux hemodialysis were included in the study group.After 6 months of continuous treatment,the changes of cardiac function indexes and parathyroid hormone were compared between the two groups.After treatment,the levels of LEVDd,LVEDs and iPTH(serum parathyroid hormone)in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and the levels of LVEF and E/A were higher than those before treatment(P<0.05);After treatment,the LEVDd,LVEDs and iPTH levels in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the LVEF and E/A levels were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).It is confirmed that highflux hemodialysis can effectively regulate the level of iPTH in uremic patients,improve the cardiac function of patients,and help to prevent cardiovascular disease to a certain extent.The clinical treatment effect is significant.
