摘要
提出层次分阶段目标教学法,并将其用于门诊护理教学,对应用效果进行评价。对川北医学院附属医院门诊实习护生进行研究。以2019年1月—2019年12月门诊实施层次分阶段目标教学法前的实习护士作为常规教学组;以2020年1月—2020年12月门诊实施层次分阶段目标教学法时的护生作为层次分阶段目标教学组。从常规教学组、层次分阶段目标教学组参与门诊临床护理教学的实习护生中分别抽取25名,观察对比开展层次分阶段目标教学法前后的门诊实习护生的护理知识评分、门诊护理技能评分、临床教学质量考核量表评分、学习积极性评分。结果显示目标教学组的实习护生门诊护理知识评分、门诊护理技能评分、临床教学质量考核量表评分、学习积极性评分均高于常规教学组(P<0.05)。将层次分阶段目标教学法用于门诊临床护理教学,使实习护生在门诊临床护理教学质量提高、护理知识和技能掌握优化、学习积极性提高等方面更具有优势。
The hierarchical and phased target teaching method was put forward and applied to outpatient nursing teaching to evaluate the application effect.Nursing students enrolled in the outpatient internship of the Affliated Hospital of North Sichuan Medical College were studied.Take January 2019 to December 2019 as the regular teaching group before implementing the hierarchical and phased target teaching method in the outpatient department;From January 2020 to December 2020,when the outpatient department implemented the hierarchical and phased target teaching method,it was taken as the hierarchical and phased target teaching group.25 nursing students were selected from the routine teaching group and the hierarchical and phased target teaching group who participated in the clinical nursing teaching in the outpatient department.The nursing knowledge scores,outpatient nursing skills scores,clinical teaching quality assessment scale scores,and learning enthusiasm scores of the clinical nursing students before and after the hierarchical and phased target teaching method were observed and compared.The results showed that the scores of outpatient nursing knowledge,outpatient nursing skills,clinical teaching quality assessment scale and learning enthusiasm in the target teaching group were higher than those in the conventional teaching group(P<0.05).Applying the hierarchical and phased target teaching method to clinical nursing teaching in outpatient department has more advantages in improving the quality of clinical nursing teaching in outpatient department,optimizing the mastery of nursing knowledge and skills,and improving the enthusiasm for learning.
