加速康复外科护理干预应用于胃癌胃大部切除围术期对患者疼痛的改善研究

Study on the Improvement of Pain in Patients with Gastric Cancer during Perioperative Period by Nursing Intervention of Accelerated Rehabilitation Surgery in Subtotal Gastrectomy

在胃癌胃大部切除围术期患者护理当中,研究加速康复外科护理干预后对患者术后疼痛感、并发症测定值、护理满意度、术后恢复指标及术后生命质量评分方面的改善价值。选取聊城市人民医院肿瘤科2019年4月—2021年4月收治的70例胃癌胃大部切除围术期患者作为研究对象,35例患者纳入对照组,进行常规护理;35例患者纳入实验组,进行加速康复外科护理。研究发现,在护理工作实施后,组间术后疼痛感、并发症发生率、护理满意度、术后恢复指标、术后生命质量评分均有改善,胃癌胃大部切除围术期患者护理当中,采取加速康复外科护理干预后,可帮助患者生命体征保持稳定,优化病情发展状态,促使患者康复进程缩短,加强整体总治疗效率,护理效果明显。

In the perioperative nursing care of patients with gastric cancer undergoing subtotal gastrectomy,study the improvement value of accelerated rehabilitation surgery nursing intervention on patients’postoperative pain sense,measured value of complications,nursing satisfaction,postoperative recovery indicators and postoperative quality of life scores.70 patients with gastric cancer undergoing subtotal gastrectomy in the oncology department of our hospital from April 2019 to April 2021 were selected as the study objects,and 35 patients were included in the control group for routine nursing;35 patients were included in the experimental group for accelerated rehabilitation surgery nursing.The study found that after the implementation of nursing work,postoperative pain,complication rate,nursing satisfaction,postoperative recovery indicators,and postoperative quality of life scores among groups were improved.In the perioperative nursing of patients with gastric cancer undergoing subtotal gastrectomy,accelerated rehabilitation surgery nursing intervention can help patients maintain stable vital signs,optimize the state of disease development,shorten the process of patients’rehabilitation,and enhance the overall treatment effciency,the nursing effect is obvious.
