椎管减压术治疗腰间盘突出症应用围手术期护理干预的临床价值

Clinical Value of Perioperative Nursing Intervention in the Treatment of Lumbar Disc Herniation with Decompression of Spinal Canal

对围术期护理干预方案在椎管减压术治疗腰间盘突出症阶段的应用价值进行效果评估,将2019年1月—2020年1月在成都中医药大学附属医院行椎管减压术的腰间盘突出症患者作为研究对象,数据总量为80例(n=80),利用统计方法进行分组(n=40),记作对照组与研究组。对照组应用围术期常规护理方案进行干预,研究组应用围术期舒适护理方案进行干预,观察患者骨科治疗分数、患者生活质量综合评定问卷量表评分、患者应激反应指标改善水准并进行分析。研究组患者骨科治疗评分与生活质量综合评定量表较对照组更高,数据组间呈现出的差距具备统计价值(P<0.05),同时该组患者应激反应指标中的去甲肾上腺素以及血清皮质醇的改善水准较前组患者更高,组间差距具备统计价值(P<0.05)。舒适护理干预方案在患者围术期护理中具有一定的应用价值。

To evaluate the effect of perioperative nursing intervention program in the stage of lumbar disc herniation treated by spinal canal decompression,the patients with lumbar disc herniation who underwent spinal canal decompression in the Hospital of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to January 2020 were taken as the research objects,and the total data was 80 cases(n=80).They were grouped by statistical methods(n=40)and recorded as the control group and the research group.The control group was intervened with routine perioperative nursing program,while the research group was intervened with comfortable perioperative nursing program.The orthopedic treatment score,the comprehensive evaluation questionnaire score of patients’quality of life,and the improvement level of patients’stress response indicators were observed and analyzed.The orthopedic treatment score and comprehensive quality of life rating scale of the patients in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the gap between the data groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).At the same time,the improvement level of noradrenaline and serum cortisol in the stress response indicators of the patients in this group was higher than that of the patients in the previous group,and the gap between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Comfortable nursing intervention program has certain application value in perioperative nursing of patients.
