规范化流程护理对晚期肿瘤患者癌痛及心理应激反应的影响观察

Effect of Standardized Process Nursing on Cancer Pain and Psychological Stress Reaction of Patients with Advanced Cancer

对流程化护理在晚期肿瘤患者癌痛以及心理应激反应中的影响效果进行研究。选取大连医科大学附属第二医院2021年7月—2022年3月收治的88例肿瘤晚期患者,将其随机均分为两组,分别接受常规护理和规范化流程护理,对比两组患者癌痛评分、心理状态、依从度以及生活质量评分。研究发现,规范化流程护理对晚期肿瘤患者的应用效果显著,患者经护理干预后疼痛情况明显缓解,且心理状态恢复良好,患者治疗依从性进一步提升,该护理干预措施值得进行临床推广应用。

To explore the effect of process nursing on cancer pain and psychological stress reaction of patients with advanced cancer.In this study,88 patients with advanced cancer who were admitted to the Second Hospital of Dalian Medical University from July 2021 to March 2022 were randomly divided into two groups,receiving routine nursing and standardized process nursing respectively,and the cancer pain scores,psychological status,compliance and quality of life scores of the two groups were compared.The study found that the standardized process nursing had a significant effect on the application of advanced cancer patients.After nursing intervention,the patients’pain situation was significantly relieved,and their psychological state recovered well.The patients’treatment compliance was further improved.It is worth popularizing and applying the nursing intervention measures.
