高血压前期患者动态心电图心率减速力、心率变异性检测及相关性分析

Detection and Correlation Analysis of Heart Rate Retarding Force and Heart Rate Variability of Holter in Patients with Prehypertension

探讨了动态心电图心率减速力(DC)与心率变异性(HRV)指标的监测对于诊断高血压前期的临床价值。选取2020年4月—2021年4月南宁市第一人民医院收治的50例高血压前期患者纳入研究组,另选取50例健康体检者纳入对照组,对比两组患者DC、HRV水平的差异性。研究组患者的PNN50、RMSSD、SDANN、SDNN、DC等指标水平与对照组比较均显著降低,有统计学差异性(P<0.05),高血压前期患者会出现比较明显的DC、HRV水平的降低,且两项指标呈正相关,对于早期明确高血压前期患病风险具有参考价值。

To investigate the clinical value of monitoring heart rate deceleration force(DC)and heart rate variability(HRV)in ambulatory electrocardiogram(Holter)in the diagnosis of prehypertension.50 patients with prehypertension admitted to Nanning First People’s Hospital from April 2020 to April 2021 were selected to be included in the study group,and 50 healthy people were selected to be included in the control group to compare the diff erence of DC and HRV levels between the two groups.The levels of PNN50,RMSSD,SDANN,SDNN,DC and other indicators in the study group were signifi cantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),patients with prehypertension will have signifi cantly lower levels of DC and HRV,and the two indicators are positively correlated,which has reference value for early identifi cation of the risk of prehypertension.
