ICU特殊护理联合纤维支气管镜辅助治疗对重症肺炎患者的影响

The Effect of ICU Special Nursing Combined with Fiberoptic Bronchoscope on Patients with Severe Pneumonia

研究在治疗重症肺炎患者阶段,采用ICU特殊护理联合纤维支气管镜的治疗效果。选择时间区间2019年6月—2020年6月,选择在西安交通大学第一附属医院接受治疗的90例重症肺炎患者作为研究对象,将患者按照数字分组法分为观察组与对照组,每组45例,对照组(支气管镜治疗);观察组(支气管镜与ICU特殊护理联合)。比较观察组与对照组护理效果、护理满意度、炎症因子、呼吸力学各项指标。观察组护理总有效率、护理满意度概率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组白介素4和白介素8高于对照组,观察组肿瘤坏死因子水平低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组气道峰压、气道阻力、呼吸做工均低于对照组,观察组动态顺应性高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,采用ICU特殊护理联合纤维支气管镜辅助治疗,有利于改善肺炎患者体内炎症因子,值得在临床上应用。

To study the effect of ICU special nursing combined with fiberoptic bronchoscope in the treatment of severe pneumonia.From June 2019 to June 2020,90 patients with severe pneumonia were selected to be treated in the First Affliated Hospital of Xi’an Jiaotong University.The patients were divided into observation group and control group according to the numerical grouping method,with 45 patients in each group and the control group(bronchoscopic treatment);Observation group(bronchoscope combined with ICU special care).The observation group was compared with the control group in terms of nursing effect,nursing satisfaction,inflammatory factors and respiratory mechanics.The total effective rate of nursing and the probability of nursing satisfaction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P;The levels of interleukin-4 and interleukin-8 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the levels of tumor necrosis factor in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);The peak airway pressure,airway resistance and respiratory work of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the dynamic compliance of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The study found that ICU special care combined withfiberoptic bronchoscope assisted treatment is beneficial to improve the inflammatory factors in patients with pneumonia,which is worthy of clinical application.
