摘要
探讨ERAS指导的全程营养管理对膀胱癌患者术后恢复及营养指标的影响。以80例膀胱癌患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组(ERAS指导的全程营养管理)与对照组(常规围术期管理),比较两组术后恢复及营养指标。护理后两组患者躯体健康、心理健康、社会功能、物质条件评分升高,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。ERAS指导的全程营养管理可促进膀胱癌患者术后恢复,减少并发症,改善患者术后营养状态及生活质量。
To investigate the effect of ERAS guided whole course nutrition management on postoperative recovery and nutritional indicators of bladder cancer patients.Eighty patients with bladder cancer were randomly divided into the observation group(ERAS guided whole course nutrition management)and the control group(routine perioperative management).The postoperative recovery and nutritional indexes were compared between the two groups.After nursing,the scores of physical health,mental health,social function and material condition in the two groups were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The whole course nutrition management guided by ERAS can promote the postoperative recovery of bladder cancer patients,reduce complications,and improve their nutritional status and quality of life.
