重症ICU护理高危因素原因及预防措施分析

Analysis on the Causes and Preventive Measures of High-risk Factors in ICU Nursing

分析ICU护理高危因素的形成原因并探讨系统化综合护理措施对降低ICU护理风险事件发生率的影响。选取2019年3月—2021年3月期间在沧州中西医结合医院ICU住院的150例患者作为研究对象,将纳入研究的150例患者等分为对照组和观察组,对照组采取常规护理,观察组采取系统化综合护理。探究不同护理模式对降低ICU护理高危事件发生率的影响。研究发现,ICU护理高风险因素主要与护理人员、环境、侵入性操作、患者自身身体素质等原因密切相关,而系统化综合护理可有效降低护理风险事件的发生,增强患者满意度,是预防ICU护理高危风险的有效途径,具有临床推广价值。

To analyze the causes of high risk factors in ICU nursing and explore the influence of systematic and comprehensive nursing measures on reducing the incidence of ICU nursing risk events.150 patients hospitalized in the ICU of Cangzhou Hospital of Integrated TCM-WM from March 2019 to March 2021 were selected as the research objects.The 150 patients included in the study were equally divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group took routine care and the observation group took systematic comprehensive care.Explore the influence of different nursing modes on reducing the incidence of high-risk nursing events in ICU.The study found that the high risk factors of ICU nursing were mainly related to the reasons such as nursing staff,environment,invasive operation,and patients’physicalfitness.Systematic and comprehensive nursing could effectively reduce the occurrence of nursing risk events and enhance patients’satisfaction,which was an effective way to prevent the high risk of ICU nursing and had clinical promotion value.
