多元化护理在小儿鼻负压置换治疗过程中的效果分析

Effect of Diversified Nursing Care on Children’s Nasal Negative Pressure Replacement

对鼻负压置换治疗的患儿采取多元化护理的临床价值进行分析。采用随机分层抽样法,选取2020年7月—2021年7月期间在安化县人民医院儿科住院行鼻负压置换治疗的150例患儿作为研究对象,按照奇偶数法将其分成对照组75例和观察组75例。其中对照组患儿实施常规护理,观察组患儿实施多元化护理,观察两组患儿临床配合情况及围治疗期间发生的不良反应。观察组患儿总体临床配合率97.33%,显著高于照组(84.00%);观察组围治疗期不良反应发生率8.00%远远低于对照组的18.67%,两项指标对比组间差异明显,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。由此可见,多元化护理应用在小儿鼻负压置换治疗环节,能增强患儿遵医性,有效减少术后不良反应。

To analyze the clinical value of diversified nursing care for children with nasal negative pressure replacement.With the method of random stratified sampling,150 children hospitalized in the Department of Pediatrics of Anhua People’s Hospital from July 2020 to July 2021 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into 75 cases in the control group and 75 cases in the observation group according to the odd even number method.Among them,routine nursing was carried out for children in the control group,and diversified nursing was carried out for children in the observation group.The clinical cooperation of children in the two groups and adverse reactions occurred during the perioperative period were observed.The overall clinical cooperation rate of children in the observation group was 97.33%,significantly higher than that in the control group(84.00%);The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group during the peri treatment period was 8.00%,which was much lower than that in the control group(18.67%).There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).It can be seen that diversified nursing application in the treatment of children’s nasal negative pressure replacement can enhance the compliance of children and effectively reduce postoperative adverse reactions.
