延续性护理应用于异常子宫出血患者中的效果研究

Study on the Effect of Continuous Nursing in Patients with Abnormal Uterine Bleeding

探讨延续性护理在异常子宫出血患者中的应用效果。选取任丘市北辛庄镇卫生院在2021年1月—2022年1月期间接诊的196例异常子宫出血患者作为研究对象,分成研究组和对照组,各98例,采用不同方法进行护理,对两组患者的护理满意度、出血情况、作者是护理前后期情绪将生活质量进行对比分析。观察发现,研究组患者的阴道出血量较参照组更低,出血时间也较参照组更短,组间差异显著(P<0.05);护理满意度对比,研究组更高(P<0.05);护理前两组心理情绪、生活质量对比无差异,P>0.05;护理后,研究组心理情绪评分低于参照组,生活质量评分高于参照组(P<0.05)。延续性护理在异常子宫出血患者中的应用能够有效控制患者的出血情况,且提升患者的遵医行为,值得临床推广与应用。

To explore the effect of continuous nursing in patients with abnormal uterine bleeding.196 patients with abnormal uterine bleeding who were admitted by the Health Center of Beixinzhuang Town,Renqiu City from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into the research group and the control group,98 patients in each group.Different methods were used for nursing.The nursing satisfaction,bleeding situation,the author’s mood before and after nursing and the quality of life of the two groups were compared and analyzed.It was found that the vaginal bleeding volume and bleeding time of the patients in the study group were lower than those in the reference group,and the difference between the groups was significant(P<0.05);The nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group;There was no difference between the two groups in psychological emotion and quality of life before nursing,P>0.05;After nursing,the psychological and emotional score of the study group was lower than that of the reference group,and the quality of life score was higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05).The application of continuous nursing in patients with abnormal uterine bleeding can effectively control the bleeding situation of patients,and improve the compliance behavior of patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
