健康教育应用于急性白血病护理对患者自我认知和治疗依从性的影响分析

Analysis of the Influence of Health Education Applied to Acute Leukemia Nursing on Patients’Self-cognition and Treatment Compliance

摘要 探讨分析对急性白血病患者实施健康教育后对其自我认知与治疗依从性的影响。选取四川友谊医院2019年5月—2022年5月收治的90例急性白血病患者作为研究对象,按照入院先后顺序将患者分为对照组和实验组两组,每组各45例。对照组接受常规护理,实验组接受健康教育护理,观察护理前后患者的自我认知评分、生活质量评分、焦虑(SAS)评分、抑郁(SDS)评分的变化,同时统计分析患者的治疗依从性与护理满意度。研究发现对急性白血病护理实施健康教育后能够有效的提升患者的自我认知与治疗依从性,具有临床推广价值。 To explore and analyze the influence of health education on self-cognition and treatment compliance of patients with acute leukemia.90 patients with acute leukemia admitted to Sichuan Friendship Hospital from May 2019 to May 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the order of admission,the patients were divided into two groups:the control group and the experimental group,with 45 patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the experimental group received health education nursing.The changes of patients’self-concept scores,quality of life scores,anxiety(SAS)scores,and depression(SDS)scores before and after nursing were observed.At the same time,the patients’treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction were statistically analyzed.The study found that the implementation of health education for acute leukemia nursing can effectively improve patients’self-cognition and treatment compliance,which has clinical promotion value.
