高纤维素水果搭配酸奶对舌下免疫治疗效果的促进作用分析

摘要 探究了高纤维素水果搭配酸奶对舌下免疫治疗效果的促进作用。选取东莞东华医院门诊在2021年12月—2022年8月接诊年龄介于6~14岁儿童常年性变应性鼻炎患者88例,采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组(n=44)和对照组(n=44)。两组均采用粉尘螨滴剂舌下含服治疗。依据《中国居民膳食指南》指导,对照组进食高纤维素水果及酸奶除外的日常膳食早餐,观察组进食含高纤维素水果或果汁搭配酸奶的膳食早餐,两组午晚餐食均正常。治疗3个月、6个月后,分别比较两组患者的生存质量[鼻部症状总评分(TNSS)、鼻结膜炎生活质量(RQLQ)]、咳嗽程度(VAS评分)和过敏原程度(TIgE水平)。治疗前,两组患者的TNSS评分、RQLQ评分、VAS评分和血清TIgE水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后3个月、6个月,观察组TNSS评分、RQLQ评分、VAS评分、血清TIgE水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),证明采用高纤维素水果搭配酸奶可以提高舌下免疫的治疗效果。 To explore the promoting effect of high cellulose fruit with yogurt on sublingual immunotherapy.88 cases of perennial allergic rhinitis in children aged 6 to 14 years were selected from the outpatient department of Dongguan Donghua Hospital from December 2021 to August 2022.They were randomly divided into the observation group(n=44)and the control group(n=44).Both groups were treated with dust mite drops sublingually.According to the Guidelines for Chinese Residents’Meals,the control group ate a daily meal breakfast excluding high cellulose fruit and yogurt,and the observation group ate a meal breakfast containing high cellulose fruit or juice with yogurt.The lunch and dinner meals of both groups were normal.After 3 months and 6 months of treatment,the quality of life(TNSS,RQLQ),cough severity(VAS)and allergen severity(TIgE)of the two groups were compared.Before treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups in TNSS score,RQLQ score,VAS score and serum TIgE level(P>0.05);At 3 and 6 months after treatment,TNSS score,RQLQ score,VAS score and serum TIgE level in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment effect of sublingual immunity can be improved by using high cellulose fruit with yogurt.
