脑电图监测对急性脑梗死继发癫痫的临床应用价值研究

Clinical Value of EEG Monitoring on Epilepsy Secondary to Acute Cerebral Infarction

探讨了床旁脑电图与长程视频脑电图监测技术用于急性脑梗死继发性癫痫的临床干预方法及价值。选择2020年1月—2022年3月川北医学院附属医院收治的54例急性脑梗死住院干预患者进行研究。所有患者均属于急性脑梗死,并根据是否存在继发性癫痫划分为两组,回顾总结床旁脑电图结果与病灶相关性的统计结果。研究发现继发组的床旁脑电图、长程视频脑电图与单纯组均有显著的检验结果数据差异(P<0.05)。对于急性脑梗死继发性癫痫患者在临床中接受床旁脑电图与长程视频脑电图的检测结果相对较为特殊,可以实现对疾病的准确判断,其异常表现相对于无继发癫痫患者而言更加突出和明显,特别是皮质区病灶的表现较为突出。该研究结果可以实现对病症的准确评价以及对患者预后状况的综合评估,有着较高的临床监测应用价值,值得推广。

To explore and analyze the clinical intervention method and value of bedside EEG and long range video EEG monitoring technology for epilepsy secondary to acute cerebral infarction.From January 2020 to March 2022,54 patients with acute cerebral infarction hospitalized in the Affliated Hospital of North Sichuan Medical College were selected for the study.All patients belonged to acute cerebral infarction,and were divided into two groups according to whether there was secondary epilepsy.The statistical results of correlation between bedside EEG results and lesions were reviewed and summarized.The study found that the bedside EEG and long-term video EEG in the secondary group were significantly different from those in the simple group(P<0.05).For patients with acute cerebral infarction secondary epilepsy,the detection results of bedside EEG and long-term video EEG in clinical practice are relatively special,which can achieve accurate judgment of the disease.Compared with patients without secondary epilepsy,the abnormal performance is more prominent and obvious,especially the performance of cortical lesions is more prominent,which can achieve accurate evaluation of the disease and comprehensive evaluation of the patient’s prognosis.It has high clinical monitoring application value and is worth popularizing.
