晚期妊娠低位水囊引产术效果观察及护理对策

Observation on the Effect of Low Position Water Sac Induced Labor in Late Pregnancy and Nursing Countermeasures

对处于晚期妊娠的产妇实行低位水囊引产术后作用及护理工作进行分析。在南通市第一人民医院产科选取晚期妊娠产妇100例,时间为2020年3月—2022年3月,依据抛币法将所有研究人员划分为人数均等的两组,依次实施缩宫素引产(基础护理)及低位水囊引产(全程护理),对各组产妇的基本分娩情况、新生儿健康状况进行评估,结果表明,研究组产妇在过程中对分娩时间、产中出血量所产生的控制作用及自然分娩的选择人数,均高于对照组,组间存在一定差异(P<0.05);研究组各项指标的评估总值与整体健康水平均高于对照组,组间存在一定差异(P<0.05)。低位水囊引产术在正常操作下有效提升了分娩安全性,使选择自然分娩的患者数量更多。同时,予以全程护理后,新生儿的健康状况得到有效保障,该方法可广泛推广。

To study the effect of low position water bag induction of labor on late pregnant women during delivery in hospital and the corresponding nursing analysis.The study was selected and carried out among obstetric women in Nantong First People’s Hospital,all of whom were late pregnancy.The specific time was from March 2020 to March 2022.The total number of researchers was 100.In the follow-up comparison,according to the coin toss method,all researchers were divided into two groups with equal numbers,and oxytocin induced labor(basic nursing)and low water bag induced labor(whole process nursing)were implemented in turn The health status of the newborn was evaluated.The control effect of parturients in the study group on the time of delivery,the amount of bleeding during delivery and the number of people choosing natural delivery were higher than those in the control group,and there was a certain difference between the groups(P<0.05);The total evaluation value and overall health level of the newborn in the study group during the nursing period were higher than those in the control group,and there was a certain difference between the groups(P<0.05).The low position water bag induced labor effectively improves the safety of labor under normal operation,and there are more patients who have the tendency to choose natural labor.At the same time,after the whole process of nursing,the health of newborns is effectively guaranteed,which can be widely promoted.
