多巴胺联合硝普钠治疗对心梗后左心衰患者临床疗效的影响分析

Effect of Dopamine Combined with Sodium Nitroprusside on Clinical Effcacy of Patients with Left Heart Failure after Myocardial Infarction

探究了多巴胺联合硝普钠治疗对心梗后左心衰患者临床疗效的影响。选取2019年8月—2021年8月聊城市茌平区第二人民医院收治的30例心梗后左心衰患者作为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为对照组和研究组,每组各15例。对照组患者行常规心梗后心衰治疗,研究组患者在对照组患者治疗的基础行多巴胺联合硝普钠治疗。比较两组患者治疗6个月后的疗效评价指标及心功能指标,评价指标有:每搏心输出量(SV)、左室射血分数(LVEF)、左室缩短分数(FS)、左心室收缩末期内径(LVDS)、左心室舒张期内径(LVDD)。研究组患者的6个月后疗效评价指标、LVEF、FS、SV高于对照组,研究组患者的LVDS、LVDD低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究发现,多巴胺联合硝普钠治疗心梗后左心衰能够有效改善患者的心功能,提高远期预后,值得临床推广应用。

To explore the effect of dopamine combined with sodium nitroprusside on the clinical effcacy of patients with left heart failure after myocardial infarction.Thirty patients with left heart failure after myocardial infarction admitted to Chiping District Second People’s Hospital of Liaocheng City from August 2019 to August 2021 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into the control group and the research group with 15 cases each according to the random number table method.The patients in the control group received routine treatment of heart failure after myocardial infarction,while the patients in the study group received dopamine combined with sodium nitroprusside on the basis of the treatment of patients in the control group.The therapeutic effect evaluation indexes and cardiac function indexes of the two groups after 6 months of treatment were compared:the improvement of cardiac output per stroke(SV),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),left ventricular shortening fraction(FS),left ventricular end systolic diameter(LVDS),and left ventricular diastolic diameter(LVDD).The evaluation indexes,LVEF,FS and SV of the patients in the study group after 6 months were higher than those in the control group,and the LVDS and LVDD of the patients in the study group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Dopamine combined with sodium nitroprusside can effectively improve the heart function and long-term prognosis of patients with left heart failure after myocardial infarction,which is worthy of clinical application.
