精细化护理模式应用在重症肺炎伴呼吸衰竭护理中的效果分析

Application of Fine Nursing Mode in the Nursing of Severe Pneumonia with Respiratory Failure

总结了对重症肺炎患者采取精细化护理对于护理质量的作用。选择2020年1月—2021年10月川北医学院附属医院收治的168例重症肺炎患者,按照护理方案的不同分为两组,接受精细化护理的患者为实验组,接受常规护理患者为常规组。对比两组情绪状况、疾病症状的改善状况、住院时间、满意度和护理质量。实验组干预后情绪状况、疾病症状及住院时间、满意度以及护理质量的评定结果均优于常规组(P<0.05)。将精细化护理应用于重症肺炎合并呼吸衰竭的临床护理服务,能显著提高护理质量,能够从护理角度上满足患者的个性需求,有利于缓解患者的心理压力,值得推广。

To summarize the effect offine nursing on nursing quality of severe pneumonia.168 patients with severe pneumonia from January 2020 to October 2021 were selected.The patients were divided into two groups according to the different nursing plans.The patients receiving intensive care were the experimental group,and the patients receiving conventional care were the conventional group.The emotional status,improvement of disease symptoms,hospitalization time,satisfaction and nursing quality of the two groups were compared.The evaluation results of emotional status,disease symptoms,hospitalization time,satisfaction and nursing quality in the experimental group after intervention were better than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).The application offine nursing in the clinical nursing service of severe pneumonia with respiratory failure can significantly improve the quality of nursing,meet the individual needs of patients from the perspective of nursing,help alleviate the psychological pressure of patients,and is worth promoting.
