综合护理对视网膜脱离患者负性情绪的影响分析

Analysis of the Influence of Comprehensive Nursing on Negative Emotion of Patients with Retinal Detachment

探究了综合护理对视网膜脱离患者负性情绪的影响。选取2020年7月—2021年10月期间广元市中心医院收治的视网膜脱离患者60例,将其进行电脑随机分组,分成两个组别,随后对两个组别的患者同时给予不同的护理措施,其中实验组给予全新的综合护理措施,对照组实施常规护理措施,排除其他对护理效果影响的客观因素,综合比对最终护理效果以及患者对护理措施的认可度。排除各种干扰因素,保障实验真实有效。开展两护理模式并将数据进行对比,发现实验组开展综合护理干预后护理效果优于对照组(P<0.05)。研究结果表明,对视网膜脱离患者采用综合护理干预措施,可显著提高患者相应护理效果,并降低负性情绪,增加患者对医护工作满意度,具有较为显著的效果,值得临床参考。

To explore the influence of comprehensive nursing on negative emotions of patients with retinal detachment.From July 2020 to October 2021,60 patients with retinal detachment admitted to Guangyuan Central Hospital were randomly divided into two groups by computer,and then different nursing measures were given to the patients in both groups at the same time.Among them,the experimental group was given new comprehensive nursing measures,and the control group was given routine nursing measures,excluding other objective factors affecting the nursing effect,So as to comprehensively compare the final nursing effect and patients’recognition of nursing measures.It was found that the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in the experimental group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The study found that comprehensive nursing intervention measures for patients with retinal detachment can significantly improve the corresponding nursing effect of patients,reduce negative emotions,and increase patients’satisfaction with medical work,which has a relatively significant effect and is worthy of reference.
