对维持性血液透析患者采用优质护理干预的效果及影响

Effect and Influence of High-quality Nursing Intervention on Maintenance Hemodialysis Patients

对维持性血液透析患者采用优质护理干预的效果及对其生活质量的影响进行研究。以廊坊爱德堡医院2021年4月—2022年4月收诊的60例血液透析患者为研究对象,将所有患者按照病历号进行分组,将其分为观察组和对照组。对比两组患者生活质量、负面情绪评分及护理满意度,结果显示观察组各项指标皆优于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,对维持性血液透析患者运用优质护理措施能够有效改善患者病情,促进患者生活质量提升,对于患者病情改善有较大帮助。能改善患者的生活质量和负面情绪,并且患者的社会回归效果和护理满意度比较理想,对于同类患者治疗有较大的帮助,具有实际推广价值。

Study on the effect of quality nursing intervention on maintenance hemodialysis patients and its impact on their quality of life.The 60 hemodialysis patients admitted from April 2021 to April 2022 in the Aidebao Hospital of Langfang were taken as the research objects.All patients were divided into observation group and control group according to their medical records.The quality of life,negative emotion score and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared,and each index of the observation group was better than that of the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).The study found that the use of high-quality nursing measures for maintenance hemodialysis patients can effectively improve the patient’s condition,promote the improvement of the patient’s quality of life,which is of great help to the improvement of the patient’s condition,improve the patient’s quality of life and negative emotions,and the patient’s social regression effect and nursing satisfaction are relatively ideal,which is of great help to the treatment of similar patients,and has practical promotion value.
