线上和线下混合教学模式在高血压病CBL教学中的效果及价值分析

摘要 评价了在高血压病的CBL教学中应用线上和线下混合教学模式的效果。选择2019年9月—2020年9月在北京大学第三医院延庆医院实习的50例医学专业学生,将其设为对照组,采取常规CBL教学;选择2020年9月—2021年9月期间在北京大学第三医院延庆医院实习的50例医学专业学生,将其设为研究组,在CBL教学的基础上进行线上和线下混合教学模式。以问卷形式调查学生对教学的满意程度,使用自主学习能力量表评估学生的自主学习能力,并通过对比考试成绩来了解学生的学习效果。研究发现,在高血压病的CBL教学中应用线上和线下混合教学模式,可以显著提高学生的自主学习能力、理论知识水平和实践操作能力,学生满意度更高。 To evaluate the effect of online and oeffline mixed teaching mode in CBL teaching of hypertension.50 medical students who practiced in Peking University Third Hospital Yanqing Hospital from September 2019 to September 2020 were selected as the control group,and conventional CBL teaching was adopted;From September 2020 to September 2021,50 medical students who worked as interns in Peking University Third Hospital Yanqing Hospital were selected as the research group to conduct online and oeffline mixed teaching mode on the basis of CBL teaching.Students’satisfaction with teaching was investigated by questionnaire,and the autonomous learning ability scale was used to evaluate students’autonomous learning ability,and the learning effect of students was understood by comparing the test results.The research found that the application of online and oeffline mixed teaching mode in CBL teaching of hypertension can significantly improve students’autonomous learning ability,theoretical knowledge level and practical operation ability,and students are more satisfied with it.
