摘要
分析了医养结合型养老机构疾病终末期老年患者实施安宁疗护的作用及效果。选取2021年1月—12月白城市社会福利院接收的62例疾病终末期老年患者作为研究对象,将其随机等分为A、B两组,A组行常规疗护,B组行安宁疗护,观察效果。B组患者护理效果、家属对护理满意度、家属情绪状态均显著优于A组(P<0.05)。医养结合型养老机构疾病终末期老年患者应用安宁疗护,可以提高患者生活质量,改善患者及其家属的情绪状态。
To analyze the effect of hospice care for elderly patients with end-stage diseases in medical and nursing care institutions.Sixty two elderly patients with end-stage disease who were received by Baicheng Social Welfare Institute from January to December 2021 were selected as the research objects,and randomly divided into two groups:Group A received routine care,and Group B received tranquility care.The effects were observed.The nursing effect,family satisfaction and emotional state of the patients in group B were significantly better than those in group A(P<0.05).The application of hospice care for elderly patients with end-stage diseases in medical and nursing care institutions can improve the quality of life of patients and improve the emotional state of patients and their families.
