康复护理对脑卒中后神经源性膀胱患者功能恢复及生活质量的影响

Effect of Rehabilitation Nursing on Functional Recovery and Quality of Life of Patients with Neurogenic Bladder after Stroke

观察康复护理对脑卒中后神经源性膀胱患者功能恢复及生活质量的影响。选取2019年6月—2020年6月自贡市第一人民医院收治的42例脑卒中后神经源性膀胱患者作为本次研究对象,按照是否开展康复护理将患者分为对照组(21例未开展康复护理只行常规护理)与实验组(21例开展康复护理),比较两组患者康复护理效果。实验组患者干预6个月后尿流动力学参数、总有效率(100.00%)以及Barthel指数、膀胱功能评分均优于对照组。此外,实验组并发症发生率低于对照组,数据差异明显(P<0.05)。研究发现,脑卒中后神经源性膀胱患者康复护理效果显著优于常规护理。

To observe the effect of rehabilitation nursing on functional recovery and quality of life of patients with neurogenic bladder after stroke.42 patients with neurogenic bladder after stroke who were admitted to Zigong First People’s Hospital from June 2019 to June 2020 were selected as the subjects of this study.According to whether rehabilitation nursing was carried out,the patients were divided into the control group(21 patients received routine nursing without rehabilitation nursing)and the experimental group(21 patients received rehabilitation nursing),and the effects of rehabilitation nursing were compared between the two groups.After 6 months of intervention,the urodynamic parameters,total effective rate(100.00%),Barthel index and bladder function score of patients in the experimental group were better than those in the control group.In addition,the incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).The study found that the effect of rehabilitation nursing for patients with neurogenic bladder after stroke was significantly better than that of routine nursing.
