组合式外固定支架在四肢创伤骨科手术中的临床应用效果观察

Clinical Application of Combined External Fixation in Orthopaedic Surgery of Extremities Trauma

研讨了在四肢创伤骨科手术中应用组合式外固定支架的价值。将平邑县人民医院在2020年7月—2021年7月时段收治的四肢创伤性骨折患者,从中抽取58例配合研究,依照双盲法均分,每组29人。所有人员均可实施手术治疗,参照组给予交锁髓内钉固定干预,研究组给予组合式外固定支架干预。分析比对两组并发症发生概率、恢复时间、固定效果以及Mayo评分等指标。研究显示,研究组并发症发生概率相比参照组低(P<0.05),骨折、创面恢复时间相比参照组短(P<0.05);治疗前研究组Mayo评分比对参照组无明显差异(P>0.05),治疗后研究组Mayo评分较参照组高,结果比对有意义(P<0.05);研究组固定效果显著高于参照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,四肢创伤骨折患者可应用多种固定方法,组合式外固定支架有利于术后恢复,且骨折、创面恢复时间明显缩短,疼痛感得到缓解,固定效果显著。

The value of combined external fixator in orthopaedic surgery of extremities trauma was discussed.The People’s Hospital of Pingyi Country treated a large number of patients with traumatic fracture of extremities between July 2020 and July 2021,and 58 patients were selected to cooperate in the study.According to the double blind method,the number of patients was 29 cases/group.All personnel can perform surgical treatment.The reference group was given interlocking intramedullary nailfixation intervention,and the research group was given combined externalfixator intervention.The probability of complications,recovery time,fixation effect and Mayo score of the two groups were analyzed and compared.The incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);The recovery time of fracture and wound in the study group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in Mayo score between the study group and the reference group before treatment(P>0.05),but the Mayo score in the study group was higher than that in the reference group after treatment,and the result comparison was significant(P<0.05);Thefixation effect of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The study found that patients with traumatic fracture of extremities can use a variety offixation methods.The combined externalfixator is conducive to postoperative recovery,and the recovery time of fracture and wound is significantly shortened,pain is alleviated,and thefixation effect is significant.
