家属参与式护理干预应用于老年帕金森患者对其社会支持及自我效能的影响

Influence of Family Members’Participatory Nursing Intervention on Social Support and Self-efficacy of Elderly Parkinson’s Patients

对家属参与式护理干预对老年帕金森患者社会支持及自我效能的影响进行了评价和分析。选取2020年6月—2022年6月聊城市人民医院收治的68例老年帕金森患者作为研究对象,遵循随机单盲法等分为对照组和观察组,其中对照组实施常规护理;观察组实施家属参与式护理。比较各组患者的社会支持、自我效能、依从性、生活质量以及心情、睡眠状态等各项指标。研究发现,予以老年帕金森患者实施家属参与式护理既能够增强其社会支持和自我效能感,还能提高患者的治疗配合度,使患者保持良好心态积极面对生活,值得临床推广应用。

To evaluate and analyze the influence of family participatory nursing intervention on social support and self-effcacy of elderly Parkinson’s patients.68 elderly patients with Parkinson’s disease admitted to Liaocheng People’s Hospital from June 2020 to June 2022 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group by single blind method.The control group received routine nursing care;The observation group was given participatory nursing care.The social support,self-effcacy,compliance,quality of life,mood,sleep status and other indicators of the patients in each group were compared.The study found that the implementation of family participatory nursing for elderly Parkinson’s patients can not only enhance their sense of social support and self-effcacy,but also improve their treatment cooperation,so that patients can keep a good attitude and face life actively,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
