腹腔镜微创子宫肌瘤剔除术治疗子宫肌瘤的疗效及价值研究

Laparoscopic Minimally Invasive Myomectomy for the Treatment of Uterine Leiomyoma

探讨了针对子宫肌瘤患者应用腹腔镜微创子宫肌瘤剔除术进行治疗的临床效果。以治疗方式的不同将石家庄市鹿泉区妇幼保健院收治的子宫肌瘤患者(90例)分为两个组别,其中一组接受经腹式子宫肌瘤剔除术,设为常规组(45例),另外一组采取腹腔镜微创子宫肌瘤剔除术,设为研究组(45例),之后对比分析患者经治疗后的效果、临床指标、并发症以及性激素水平。为子宫肌瘤患者实施腹腔镜微创子宫肌瘤剔除术,有助于患者病情康复,改善体内性激素水平,同时患者发生并发症的概率较低,因此值得临床应用与推行。

This paper discusses the clinical effect of laparoscopic minimally invasive myomectomy for patients with uterine leiomyoma.According to the different treatment methods,the patients with hysteromyoma(90 cases)who were treated in Shijiazhuang Luquan District Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital were divided into two groups.One group received abdominal myomectomy and was set as the routine group(45 cases),and the other group received laparoscopic minimally invasive myomectomy and was set as the research group(45 cases).After that,the effects,clinical indicators,complications and sex hormone levels of the patients after treatment were compared and analyzed.Laparoscopic minimally invasive myomectomy for patients with uterine leiomyoma is helpful to the recovery of patients and the improvement of the level of sex hormones in the body.At the same time,the probability of complications in patients is low,so it is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
