健康教育联合心脏康复在AMI患者介入治疗围术期的应用

Application of Health Education Combined with Cardiac Rehabilitation in Perioperative Period of Interventional Therapy for Patients with AMI

探讨了健康教育联合心脏康复在AMI患者介入治疗围术期的应用。选取成都中医药大学附属医院收治的100例AMI患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为观察组(进行健康教育联合心脏康复)与对照组(进行常规护理)。比较两组患者的疾病知识掌握情况、生活质量、依从性。护理后,观察组患者疾病知识掌握情况优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者依从率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者生活质量各项评分高于对照组患者(P<0.05),护理满意度各评分也高于对照组患者(P<0.05)。由此可知,健康教育联合心脏康复可提高AMI介入治疗患者对疾病的认知,提高其治疗依从性,改善生活质量。

To explore the application of health education combined with cardiac rehabilitation in the perioperative period of interventional therapy for AMI patients.100 patients with AMI admitted to the Hospital of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into the observation group(health education combined with cardiac rehabilitation)and the control group(routine nursing).The mastery of disease knowledge,quality of life and compliance were compared between the two groups.After nursing,the mastery of disease knowledge in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The compliance rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of nursing satisfaction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Health education combined with cardiac rehabilitation can improve the cognition of AMI patients on disease,improve their treatment compliance and improve their quality of life.
