发展性照顾在新生儿重症监护室早产儿护理中的应用评价

Evaluation of the Application of Developmental Care in the Nursing of Premature Infants in Neonatal Intensive Care Unit

探讨了在新生儿重症监护室早产儿护理中应用发展性照顾的效果。选取2020年3月—2022年3月60例新生儿重症监护室早产儿为研究对象,开展随机数字表法对其进行分组处理,对于对照组施以常规护理方案,对于试验组施以发展性照顾护理方案,对比两组早产儿恢复指标、不良反应与家属满意度的差异。研究发现,对重症监护室的早产儿护理中施以发展性照顾方案,能促使早产儿更好地恢复,降低不良反应发生率,且可提高家属的满意度。

This paper discusses the effect of developmental care in the nursing of premature infants in neonatal intensive care unit.Select 60 premature infants in NICU from March 2020 to March 2022 as the research object,and carry out grouping treatment with random number table method.For the control group,apply the conventional nursing scheme,and for the test group,apply the developmental nursing scheme.Compare the diff erences between the recovery indicators,adverse reactions and family satisfaction of the two groups of premature infants.The study found that the development care program in the care of premature infants in the ICU can promote the recovery of premature infants,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,and improve the satisfaction of family members.
