丘墟透刺照海配合谷透刺劳宫治疗脑卒中后轻度认知功能障碍的临床研究

Clinical Study on Treatment of Mild Cognitive Dysfunction after Stroke with Qiuxu Penetrating Acupuncture to Zhaohai and Hegu Penetrating Acupuncture to Laogong

探究了丘墟透刺照海配合谷透刺劳宫对脑卒中后轻度认知功能障碍患者的改善效果。选取2021年11月—2022年7月在滨州市中心医院康复医学科和神经内科进行治疗的48例脑卒中后轻微认知障碍患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为研究组和对照组,两组患者均接受脑卒中后康复性训练,研究组患者采取针灸穴位透刺治疗方式。比较两组患者的MMSE和MOCA评分以及治疗效果。研究发现,丘墟透刺照海配合谷透刺劳宫的方式能够明显改善脑卒中患者的轻度认知功能障碍问题,提升患者的预后质量。

To explore the improvement effect of Qiuxu penetration needling to Zhaohai and Hegu penetration needling to Laogong on patients with mild cognitive impairment after stroke.Forty eight patients with mild cognitive impairment after stroke who were treated in the rehabilitation medicine department and neurology department of Binzhou Central Hospital from November 2021 to July 2022 were selected as the study objects,and they were randomly divided into the study group and the control group.Both groups of patients received rehabilitation training after stroke.The patients in the study group were treated with acupuncture and point penetration therapy.The MMSE and MOCA scores and therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.The study found that the combination of Qiuxu puncture through Zhaohai and Hegu puncture through Laogong can significantly improve the mild cognitive impairment of stroke patients and improve the prognosis of patients.
