摘要
探究了美托洛尔、曲美他嗪在冠心病心力衰竭治疗中的效果。筛选泾川县人民医院2020年5月—2021年12月收治的70例冠心病心力衰竭患者,将其随机分为两组,每组各35例,比较观察组(美托洛尔联合曲美他嗪)和对照组的治疗效果。研究发现,对冠心病心力衰竭患者采用美托洛尔联合曲美他嗪联合治疗方案,可有效改善患者临床症状,调控其心功能水平和血气水平,促进血液循环,改善焦虑情绪,提升睡眠质量,减少不良反应发生率。
To explore the effect of metoprolol and trimetazidine in the treatment of coronary heart failure.70 patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure admitted to Jingchuan County People’s Hospital from May 2020 to December 2021 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,35 patients in each group.The therapeutic effects of the observation group(metoprolol combined with trimetazidine)and the control group were compared.The study found that the combination of metoprolol and trimetazidine for patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure can effectively improve their clinical symptoms,regulate their cardiac function and blood gas levels,promote blood circulation,improve anxiety,improve sleep quality,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,and is safe and reliable.
