双心护理模式对心力衰竭患者自我管理能力及情绪的影响

Effect of Dual Heart Nursing Mode on Self-management Ability and Emotion of Patients with Heart Failure

探讨了双心护理模式对心力衰竭(CHF)患者自我管理能力及情绪的影响。以80例CHF患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组(双心护理)与对照组(常规护理)。比较两组自我管理能力、心态、自护能力及生活质量。护理后两组SAS、SDS评分降低,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后两组症状、饮食、药物管理及心理和社会适应评分升高,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后两组HR、LVEDD降低,LVEF、6MWD水平升高,观察组HR、LVEDD低于对照组,LVEF、6MWD高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后观察组SF-36评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,双心护理模式可改善CHF患者心态,提高其自我管理能力,改善患者心功能及生活质量。

This paper discusses the influence of dual heart nursing mode on the self-management ability and emotion of patients with heart failure(CHF).Eighty patients with CHF were randomly divided into the observation group(dual heart care)and the control group(routine care).The self-management ability,mentality,self-care ability and quality of life of the two groups were compared.The SAS and SDS scores of the two groups decreased after nursing,and those of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of symptoms,diet,drug management and psychological and social adaptation in the two groups were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,HR and LVEDD in the two groups decreased,while LVEF and 6MWD levels increased.HR and LVEDD in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while LVEF and 6MWD were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the SF-36 score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The study found that the dual heart nursing model can improve the mentality of CHF patients,improve their self-management ability,and improve their cardiac function and quality of life.
