茵栀黄口服液联合布拉酵母菌治疗新生儿高胆红素血症的有效性及安全性评价

Evaluation of the Efficacy and Safety of Yinzhihuang Oral Liquid Combined with Saccharomyces Boulardii in the Treatment of Neonatal Hyperbilirubinemia

分析了茵栀黄口服液联合布拉酵母菌治疗新生儿高胆红素血症(NHB)患儿的有效性及安全性。选取2020年10月—2021年10月在河北省宁晋县医院诊治的92例高胆红素血症新生儿为研究样本,以电脑随机法将患儿分成对比组(46例)、试验组(46例)。予以对比组常规治疗,予以试验组茵栀黄口服液联合布拉酵母菌治疗,完成治疗后对比组间疗效、胆红素水平、血清指标水平、治疗情况、不良反应率。研究发现,采取茵栀黄口服液联合布拉酵母菌治疗新生儿高胆红素血症患儿的效果较为理想,可显著改善患儿胆红素水平及血清指标水平,还可促进疾病症状消失,缩短住院时间,且药物不良反应较少,可应用并推广。

The efficacy and safety of Yinzhihuang oral liquid combined with Saccharomyces boulardii in the treatment of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia(NHB)were analyzed.92 neonates with hyperbilirubinemia diagnosed and treated in Ningjin County Hospital of Hebei Province from October 2020 to October 2021 were selected as the main body,and the children were divided into control group(46 cases)and test group(46 cases)by computer random method.The control group was given routine treatment,and the test group was given Yinzhihuang oral liquid+Saccharomyces boulardii.After the treatment,the curative effect,bilirubin level,serum index level,treatment situation and adverse reaction rate were compared between the groups.The study found that the effect of Yinzhihuang oral liquid combined with Saccharomyces boulardii in the treatment of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia was ideal,which could significantly improve the level of bilirubin and serum indicators,promote the disappearance of disease symptoms,shorten the hospital stay,and have fewer adverse drug reactions,which could be applied and promoted.
