慢性乙型肝炎肝衰竭护理中综合护理干预的应用效果分析

Application Analysis of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention in Nursing Care of Chronic Hepatitis B with Liver Failure

探讨了慢性乙型肝炎肝衰竭护理中应用综合护理干预的效果。将2020年7月—2022年2月曲靖市第一人民医院收治的90例慢性乙型肝炎肝衰竭患者作为主要研究对象,将入院顺序的差异作为本研究的主要分组方式并对其进行分组,两组各45例。对照组接受常规护理,试验组接受综合护理。观察护理前后的焦虑(SAS)评分、抑郁(SDS)评分、生活质量评分的变化情况、住院时间与护理满意度情况。护理后,试验组的各项评分指标值均获得了显著改善,试验组的住院时间明显较短,护理满意度明显较高,两组差异比较具有显著性(P<0.05)。研究结果表明,对慢性乙型肝炎肝衰竭实施综合护理干预可发挥良好的护理效用,不仅能够降低SAS评分、SDS评分,提升患者生活质量与护理满意度,还可缩短住院时间。

This paper discusses the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in the nursing of chronic hepatitis B liver failure.90 patients with chronic hepatitis B liver failure admitted to the Qujing No.1 Hospital from July 2020 to February 2022 were taken as the main study objects,and the difference in admission order was taken as the main grouping method of this study,with 45 patients each.The control group received routine nursing,while the experimental group received comprehensive nursing.The changes of SAS score,SDS score,quality of life score,hospital stay and nursing satisfaction were observed before and after nursing.After nursing,the scores of the test group were significantly improved.The hospitalization time of the test group was significantly shorter,and the nursing satisfaction was significantly higher.The difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).It is proved that comprehensive nursing intervention for chronic hepatitis B liver failure can play a good role in nursing.It can not only reduce the SAS score and SDS score,improve the patient’s life quality score and nursing satisfaction,but also shorten the hospital stay.
