会阴无保护助产护理在初产妇中的运用效果探究

Application Effect of Perineum Unprotected Midwifery Nursing in Primipara

探讨了对初次分娩的产妇开展会阴无保护助产护理的运用效果与价值。对廊坊市广阳区妇幼保健院产科2021年1—12月收治的初产妇进行回顾与分析,并从中任意选取80人作为研究对象,采用系统抽样法对以上产妇进行平均分组,分别为常规组(实施会阴保护助产护理)与分析组(实施会阴无保护助产护理)。同时回顾、比较两组产妇的会阴状况、产程时间与产后生活质量,并对以上指标的最终数值进行分析。研究发现,将会阴无保护助产护理应用在初产妇临床分娩中,有利于降低分娩对其会阴造成的损伤,并提高其产后康复效果,临床应进一步推广。

To carry out the perineum non protection midwifery nursing for the first delivery women,and to explore the application effect and value of this nursing mode.To review and analyze the primipara admitted by the Obstetrics Department of Langfang Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January to December 2021,and randomly select 80 of them as the research object.The above primipara were divid ed into two groups by systematic sampling:the routine group(perineum protection midwifery nursing)and the analysis group(perineum non protection midwifery nursing).At the same time,we reviewed and compared the perineum status,labor process time and postpartum quality of life of the two groups,and analyzed the final values of the above indicators.The study found that the application of unprotected vaginal midwifery nursing in the clinical delivery of primipara is conducive to reducing the perineum damage caused by delivery and improving the effect of postpartum rehabilitation,which should be further promoted inclinical practice.
