分娩镇痛应用对产程进展、妊娠结局及新生儿的影响评估

Evaluation of the Effect of Labor Analgesia on Labor Progress,Pregnancy Outcome and Newborn

探讨了应用分娩镇痛对产程进展、妊娠结局及新生儿的影响。选择青岛莲池妇婴医院在2019年2月—2020年6月收治的120例分娩产妇作为研究对象,按照随机数字表分组方式将其分为观察组和对照组,每组各60例。对照组给予常规分娩,观察组给予硬膜外分娩镇痛,观察两组产妇的第一产程、第二产程视觉模拟评分,比较两组产妇的自然分娩率、第一和第二产程时间、新生儿出生1min和5min Apgar评分。研究发现,硬膜外分娩镇痛在分娩产妇中的应用意义重大,可有效镇痛,减轻产妇分娩痛苦,且可提高自然分娩率,加速产程进展,对新生儿结局无不良影响,值得推广。

The effects of labor analgesia on labor progress,pregnancy outcome and newborn were discussed.120 parturients collected in Qingdao Lianchi Maternity Hospital from February 2019 to June 2020 were selected for research and analysis.They were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table.The control group was given routine delivery,the observation group was given epidural delivery analgesia,the visual simulation scores of the first and second stages of labor of the two groups were observed,and the natural delivery rate,the time of the first and second stages of labor,birth 1 min Apgar score of neonates in 5 minutes.The study found that the application of epidural labor analgesia in parturients is of great significance.It can effectively relieve pain,relieve parturients’labor pain,improve the rate of natural labor,accelerate the progress of labor,and have no adverse impact on newborn outcomes.It is worth promoting.
