沙美特罗替卡松粉剂治疗支气管哮喘的效果及不良反应及其对肺功能的影响研究

Observation on the Effect,Adverse Reaction and Pulmonary Function of Salmeterol Fluticasone Powder in the Treatment of Bronchial Asthma

观察了沙美特罗替卡松粉剂治疗支气管哮喘的效果、不良反应及其对肺功能的影响。选取2020年8月—2021年10月任丘市人民医院收治的64例支气管哮喘患者为研究对象,并将其随机分为使用沙美特罗替卡松粉剂的观察组(32例)与采取常规治疗的对照组(32例),观察患者不良反应、肺功能、症状改善情况、炎性因子、生活质量。研究发现,给予支气管哮喘患者沙美特罗替卡松粉剂治疗,能减少其不良反应,改善患者肺功能及炎性因子水平,减轻临床症状,且有利于其生活质量的提升,值得借鉴。

To observe the effect and adverse reaction of salmeterol and fluticasone powder in the treatment of bronchial asthma and its influence on pulmonary function.From August 2020 to October 2021,64 patients with bronchial asthma in the hospital where the author works were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into the observation group(32 cases)using salmeterol fluticasone powder and the control group(32 cases)using conventional treatment.The adverse reactions,lung function,symptom improvement,inflammatory factors,and quality of life of the patients were observed.The study found that the administration of salmeterol fluticasone powder to bronchial asthma patients can reduce adverse reactions,improve lung function and inflammatory factor levels,reduce clinical symptoms,and improve their quality of life,which is worth learning.
