摘要
研究了甲状腺手术实施个性化护理措施的效果。以100例甲状腺手术患者作为研究样本,将所有研究样本随机分为参考组和个性组,每组50例。参考组实施常规化护理,个性组实施个性化护理。记录围术期指标,评估患者依从性,统计并发症发生率,并观察生活质量等指标。研究发现,个性化护理可以改善患者术后生活,控制手术出血情况,且能减少并发症,值得在甲状腺手术中应用。
The effect of individualized nursing measures in thyroid surgery was evaluated.Taking 100 patients undergoing thyroid surgery as study samples,all study samples were randomly divided into reference group and personality group,with 50 cases in each group.Routine nursing was implemented in the reference group,and personalized nursing was implemented in the personality group.Perioperative indexes were recorded,patient compliance was evaluated,complication rate was counted,and quality of life was observed.The study found that personalized nursing can improve the postoperative life of patients,control bleeding,and reduce complications,which is worthy of application in thyroid surgery.
