优质护理干预对老年慢性支气管炎患者心理状态及生活质量的影响研究

Effect of High-quality Nursing Intervention on Psychological Status and Quality of Life of Elderly Patients with Chronic Bronchitis

分析了优质护理干预对老年慢性支气管炎病患者心理状态及生活质量的影响。选取2021年7月—2022年8月吴桥县中西医结合医院收治的老年慢性支气管炎病患作为研究样本,样本例数72例。使用随机数字表法将该72例患者分为常规组以及研究组,每组各有患者36例,其中常规组患者采用常规护理,研究组患者采用优质护理,并对两组患者的心理状态、生活质量、临床症状改善时间、护理满意程度及护理有效性进行评析。研究发现,对老年慢性支气管炎患者采用优质护理干预,可以促进患者临床症状的改善,并提升护理效果及护理满意度,对于改善患者的心理状态以及生活质量具有积极影响。

This paper analyzed the influence of high quality nursing intervention on the psychological state and quality of life of elderly patients with chronic bronchitis.The elderly patients with chronic bronchitis admitted to Wuqiao County Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from July 2021 to August 2022 were selected as the study samples.The number of samples was 72.The 72 patients were divided into the conventional group and the research group with 36 patients in each group by using the random number table method.The patients in the conventional group were given routine nursing care,while the patients in the research group were given high-quality nursing care.The psychological status,quality of life,improvement time of clinical symptoms,nursing satisfaction and nursing effectiveness of the two groups were evaluated.The study found that for elderly patients with chronic bronchitis,nursing intervention with high-quality nursing can promote the improvement of patients’clinical symptoms,improve the nursing effect and nursing satisfaction,and have a positive impact on improving patients’psychological status and quality of life.
