全程护理干预在小儿哮喘雾化吸入治疗中的护理效果研究

On the Nursing Effect of Whole Course Nursing Intervention in the Treatment of Children Asthma with Atomization Inhalation

分析了哮喘疾病特点,研究了小儿雾化吸入治疗期间应用全程护理干预的效果。选取常熟市梅李人民医院2020年1月—2021年4月期间收治的110例雾化吸入治疗患儿作为研究对象。依据随机数字表法将其进行分组。其中,对照组55例,对患儿实施常规护理;观察组55例,对患儿实施全程护理干预。比较两组雾化吸入治疗哮喘小儿的护理效果,包括治疗效果、症状消失时间、肺功能指标水平、家长满意度情况。研究发现,小儿哮喘雾化吸入治疗中加强护理干预,有助于改善患儿治疗预后。应用全程护理干预效果显著,患儿症状改善明显,肺功能康复理想,全方位满足患儿及其家属的护理需求。

To analyze the characteristics of asthma and study the effect of whole course nursing intervention during the treatment of children with atomization inhalation.110 children who were treated with aerosol inhalation from January 2020 to April 2021 in Changshu Meili People’s Hospital were selected as the study subjects.According to the method of random number table,55 patients in the control group received routine nursing care;55 patients in the observation group were given whole course nursing intervention.The nursing effects of the two groups of children with asthma treated by atomization inhalation were compared,including the treatment effect,the time of symptom disappearance,the level of pulmonary function indicators,and the satisfaction of parents.The study found that strengthening nursing intervention in the treatment of children with asthma by aerosol inhalation is helpful to improve the prognosis of patients.The effect of whole course nursing intervention was significant,the symptoms of children were improved significantly,and the pulmonary function was recovered satisfactorily,meeting the nursing needs of children and their families.
