产科优质护理对促进自然分娩的有效性研究

Study on the Effectiveness of High Quality Nursing in Obstetrics to Promote Natural Delivery

探究了产科优质护理对于促进自然分娩的临床效果。选取2019年2月—2021年2月成都市新都区妇幼保健院收治的60名待产产妇作为研究对象,以随机数表法作为本次实验的分组方法,将实验对象分为实验组(产科优质护理)和参照组(常规护理),每组产妇数量设置为30。比较两组待产产妇护理前后的不良情绪相关指标、各产程时间及护理满意度、自然分娩率。研究发现,给予产妇产科优质护理,有助于提高产妇的自然分娩率,缓解产妇的不良情绪。

The clinical effect of obstetric quality nursing on promoting natural delivery was explored.The 60 pregnant women who were admitted to Chengdu Xindu Maternal&Child Health Care Hospital from February 2019 to February 2021 were selected as the research objects.The random number table method was used as the grouping method for this experiment.The experimental objects were divided into the experimental group(high-quality obstetric care)and the reference group(conventional care).The single sample size was set at 30.The related indexes of bad mood,the time of each labor process,the satisfaction of nursing and the rate of natural delivery were compared between the two groups before and after nursing.The study found that,in view of the nursing work of the expectant mothers,giving them high-quality obstetric care is helpful to improve the natural delivery rate of the mothers and alleviate their bad mood.
