腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥除术治疗卵巢囊肿的疗效及其对患者手术时间的影响

Effect of Laparoscopic Ovarian Cystectomy on Ovarian Cyst and its Influence on Operation Time

分析了腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥除术治疗卵巢囊肿的疗效。选取2019年11月—2022年2月宁晋县中西医结合医院收治的78例卵巢囊肿患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为两组,对照组接受传统三孔腹腔镜手术,观察组接受经脐单孔腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剥除术,对比两组疗效及对手术时间的影响。观察组患者术中出血量更少,手术时间、术后排气时间、住院时间更短,差异对比显著。观察组患者术后6h VAS评分更低,差异对比显著。术后1个月,两组患者E2检测水平降低,FSH、LH检测水平升高,两组差异对比显著。由此可知,经脐单孔腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剥除术治疗卵巢囊肿可缩短手术时间,减轻机体应激反应,值得临床推广应用。

To analyze the effect of laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy in the treatment of ovarian cysts.From November 2019 to February 2022,78 patients with ovarian cysts admitted to Ningjin County Integrated Hospital of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine were selected as the research objects,and were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received traditional three-hole laparoscopic surgery,and the observation group received umbilical single hole laparoscopic ovarian cyst enucleation.The effects and the impact on the operation time were compared.In the observation group,the amount of intraoperative bleeding was less,and the operation time,postoperative exhaust time,and hospital stay were shorter,with a difference of P<0.05.The VAS score in the observation group was lower at 6h after operation,the difference was P<0.05.One month after operation,the detection level of E2 in the two groups decreased,and the detection levels of FSH and LH increased,P>0.05.Transumbilical single port laparoscopic ovarian cyst enucleation can shorten the operation time and reduce the stress response of the body,which is worthy of clinical application.
