优质护理在儿科临床护理中的应用效果研究

Application Effect of High Quality Nursing in Pediatric Clinical Nursing

分析了优质护理在儿科患儿护理中的应用效果。选取2020年9月—12月佳县人民医院收治的200例儿科患儿作为研究对象,对全部的患儿进行随机分组,两组分别为参照组和实验组,每组有100人的研究样本。对照组患儿应用常规护理干预,实验组患儿实施优质护理。在护理完成后,护理人员需要记录患儿的跌倒事件以及坠床事件发生率,同时在护理完成后,由护理人员对患儿家属进行调查,判断护理宣教评分、护理态度评分以及护患之间的交流能力,评分确定其护理满意度并对比护理效果。研究发现,对儿科患儿给予常规护理措施的同时给予优质护理有助于提高治疗效果,能够降低各种不良事件的发生率,对于改善儿科的护理质量和护理依从性来说有十分积极的作用,值得在临床实践与推广。

To observe and analyze the application effect of high quality nursing in pediatric nursing.200 pediatric patients admitted to Jiaxian People’s Hospital from September to December 2020 were selected as the study subjects,and all patients were randomly divided into two groups:the reference group and the experimental group,with an average of 100 study samples for each group.The two groups implemented different nursing measures respectively,the control group applied routine nursing intervention,and the experimental group implemented high-quality nursing at the same time.After the completion of nursing,the nursing staffneeds to record the falling events and bed falling incident rate of the children.At the same time,after the completion of nursing,the nursing staffwill investigate and judge the nursing education score,nursing attitude score and the communication ability between nurses and patients for the family members of the children.The score will determine their nursing satisfaction and compare the nursing effect.The study found that giving regular nursing measures to pediatric patients while giving high-quality nursing can help improve the therapeutic effect,reduce the incidence of various adverse events,and improve the quality of nursing and nursing compliance in pediatric patients.It is worth clinical practice and promotion.
