依巴斯汀联合布地奈德鼻喷雾剂治疗过敏性鼻炎的效果观察

Effect of Ebastine Combined with Budesonide Nasal Spray on Allergic Rhinitis

分析了依巴斯汀联合布地奈德鼻喷雾剂治疗过敏性鼻炎的效果。选取民航总医院2021年1月—2022年1月诊疗的112例过敏性鼻炎患者作为研究对象,并根据随机数字表法将其分成两组进行对比,一组命名为对照组,一组命名为观察组,两组各有患者56例,分别接受单一的布地奈德鼻喷雾剂治疗与依巴斯汀联合布地奈德鼻喷雾剂的治疗,对比两组的治疗有效率、鼻通气功能指标以及鼻部症状与体征评分。研究发现,对过敏性鼻炎患者实施依巴斯汀联合布地奈德鼻喷雾剂治疗,价值显著,值得临床推广。

The effect of ebastine combined with budesonide nasal spray on allergic rhinitis was analyzed.112 patients with allergic rhinitis diagnosed and treated in Civil Aviation General Hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected,and they were divided into two groups according to the random number table for comparison.One group was named as the control group,and the other group was named as the observation group.There were 56 patients in each group.They were treated with a single budesonide nasal spray and ebastine combined budesonide nasal spray,and the treatment efficiency functional index of nasal ventilation and the score of nasal symptoms and signs.The study found that the treatment of ebastine combined with budesonide nasal spray for allergic rhinitis patients is of significant value and worth clinical promotion.
