替罗非班注射剂治疗急性心肌梗死患者的临床有效性及安全性探讨

Clinical Efficacy and Safety of Tirofiban Injection in Patients with Acute Myocardial Infarction

探讨了替罗非班注射剂对治疗急性心肌梗死患者的临床有效性及安全性。选取2020年8月—2021年8月大名县中医医院收治的150例急性心肌梗死患者作为样本开展本次研究。使用抽签的形式将其平均分为两组,分别为对照组和研究组,对照组75例患者采用常规治疗进行干预,研究组75例患者使用替罗非班注射剂进行干预。比较两组患者不同治疗方式下的心功能指标、不良反应、满意度、治疗效果、生活质量及炎症因子水平。研究发现,对急性心肌梗死患者采用替罗非班注射剂治疗后,能够有效提高临床治疗效果,改善患者的炎性因子水平,提高患者的满意度,改善其心功能指标及生活质量,值得临床推广。

To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of tirofiban injection in the treatment of patients with acute myocardial infarction.150 patients with acute myocardial infarction admitted to Daming Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from August 2020 to August 2021 were selected as samples for this study.They were equally divided into two groups by drawing lots,namely,the control group and the study group.75 patients in the control group were intervened with conventional treatment,and 75 patients in the study group were intervened with tirofiban injection.The cardiac function index,adverse reaction,satisfaction,treatment effect,quality of life and inflammatory factor level were compared between the two groups under different treatment methods.The study found that tirofiban injection can effectively improve the clinical treatment effect,improve the level of inflammatory factors,improve the satisfaction of patients,and improve their cardiac function indicators and quality of life in patients with acute myocardial infarction,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
