阿莫西林三联序贯疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌阳性胃溃疡患者的临床优势评价

Evaluation of Clinical Advantages of Amoxicillin Triple Sequential Therapy in the Treatment of Helicobacter Pylori Positive Gastric ulcer Patients

探讨了针对幽门螺杆菌阳性胃溃疡患者应用阿莫西林三联序贯疗法进行治疗的临床效果。将在甘肃省永靖县妇幼保健院接受治疗的幽门螺杆菌阳性胃溃疡患者(100例)分为两个组;其中一组接受标准三联疗法予以治疗,并设为参照组(50例);另外一组采取阿莫西林三联序贯疗法予以治疗,并设为研究组(50例),之后对比分析患者经不同治疗后的效果。研究发现,为幽门螺杆菌阳性胃溃疡患者实施阿莫西林三联序贯疗法予以治疗,在改善患者体内的血清因子的同时,有助于加强患者疾病治疗效果。

To explore the clinical effect of amoxicillin triple sequential therapy on helicobacter pylori positive gastric ulcer patients.100 patients(100 cases)with helicobacter pylori positive gastric ulcer were divided into two groups;One group received standard triple therapy and was set as the reference group(50 cases);The other group was treated with amoxicillin triple sequential therapy,and was set as the study group(50 cases).After that,the effects of different treatments were compared and analyzed.It can be seen that the triple sequential therapy of amoxicillin for patients with Helicobacter pylori positive gastric ulcer can improve the serum factors in patients and help to strengthen the treatment effect of patients.
