Effect of Quality Nursing on Compliance and Psychological State of Patients Undergoing Superficial Tumor Surgery in Outpatient Department

讨论了优质护理对门诊浅表肿物手术患者依从性及心理状态的影响。将2019年10月—2021年11月的136例门诊浅表肿物手术患者随机分为两组,各68例,其中参照组实施常规护理,研究组实施优质护理。测算对比两组患者的临床行为依从性计量指征,以及接受护理干预前后的SAS计量指征、SDS计量指征、生活质量计量指征和睡眠质量计量指征。研究发现,优质护理可提高门诊浅表肿物手术患者依从性、改善心理状态,值得临床推广应用。

This paper discusses the influence of high quality nursing on the compliance and psychological state of outpatients with superficial tumor surgery.From October 2019 to November 2021,136 outpatients with superficial tumor surgery were randomly divided into two groups,68 patients in each group.The reference group received routine care and the research group received quality care.Measure and compare the clinical behavior compliance measurement indicators of the two groups of patients,as well as SAS measurement indicators,SDS measurement indicators,quality of life measurement indicators and sleep quality measurement indicators before and after receiving nursing intervention.The study found that high-quality nursing can improve the compliance of patients undergoing superficial tumor surgery and improve their psychological state,which is worthy of clinical application.
