心理护理干预在老年慢性胃炎护理中的临床应用效果观察及护理满意度分析

Observation on the Clinical Effect of Psychological Nursing Intervention in the Nursing of Elderly Chronic Gastritis and Analysis of Nursing Satisfaction

探讨了心理护理干预在老年慢性胃炎护理中的临床应用效果。从曲靖市第一人民医院于2020年7月—2022年1月收治的老年慢性胃炎患者中选取80例,按照患者入院先后顺序的差异将其分成对照组和实验组,每组各40例。对照组与试验组分别接受常规护理及在常规基础上的心理护理干预,观察护理前后两组患者的焦虑(SAS)评分、抑郁(SDS)评分、生活质量评分的变化情况、健康知识掌握评分情况、护理满意度情况。经过数据比较可知,实验组的各项评分均获得显著的改善,同时试验组的健康知识掌握评分、护理满意度明显较高,同对照组相比,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。由此可知,心理护理干预在老年慢性胃炎护理中的临床应用中能够有效改善患者的负性心理,并且提升其生活质量与护理满意度。

This paper discusses the clinical effect observation and nursing satisfaction of psychological nursing intervention in the nursing of elderly chronic gastritis.Eighty elderly patients with chronic gastritis admitted to Qujing No.1 Hospital from July 2020 to January 2022 were selected and divided into control group and experimental group according to the difference in the order of admission,with 40 patients in each group.The control group and the test group received routine nursing care and psychological nursing intervention on the basis of routine care,respectively.The changes of anxiety(SAS)score,depression(SDS)score,quality of life score,health knowledge mastery score and nursing satisfaction were observed before and after nursing care.Through data comparison,it can be seen that the scores of the experimental group have been significantly improved.At the same time,the scores of health knowledge mastery and nursing satisfaction of the experimental group are significantly higher,compared with the control group,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).It can be seen that psychological nursing intervention in the clinical application of elderly chronic gastritis nursing can effectively improve the negative psychology of patients,and improve their quality of life and nursing satisfaction.
