围术期心理综合管控干预对急性心肌梗死PCI术后的影响

Effect of Perioperative Psychological Comprehensive Management and Control Intervention on Patients with Acute Myocardial Infarction after PCI

探讨了围术期心理综合管控对心肌梗死PCI治疗患者生活质量及评分的影响。选取86例保定市第一中心医院于2019年7月—2021年10月收治的老年心肌梗死PCI手术患者作为研究对象。为保证研究的客观性,选择拈纸团方式进行分组,即奇数患者纳入实验组,偶数患者纳入对照组,两组患者例数相等。对照组实施常规护理,实验组护理内容以对照组为基础,同时增加围术期心理综合管控干预。经数据分析,实验组患者心血管不良事件发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05);在治疗完成后实验组患者不仅情绪状态更为良好,并且思维操作和认知能力均优于对照组(P<0.05)。在实验完成后,实验组患者和的生理指标明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,增加心理综合管控措施后,实验组患者愈后效果更好,心脏不良事件发生率明显降低,这一治疗方式具有良好的应用价值。

To explore the effect of perioperative psychological comprehensive control on the quality of life and score of patients with myocardial infarction undergoing PCI.86 elderly patients with myocardial infarction undergoing PCI from July 2019 to October 2021 in Baoding First Central Hospital were selected as the study subjects.In order to ensure the objectivity of the study,the paper ball method was selected for grouping,that is,odd patients were included in the experimental group,even patients were included in the control group,and the number of patients in the two groups was equal.The nursing content of the experimental group was based on the control group,and the perioperative psychological comprehensive control intervention was added.By data analysis,the incidence of cardiovascular adverse events in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);After the treatment,the patients in the experimental group not only had a better emotional state,but also had better thinking operation and cognitive ability than those in the control group(P<0.05).After the experiment,the physiological indexes of patients and patients in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).It can be seen that after the increase of comprehensive psychological management and control measures,the patients in the experimental group will have a better effect and the incidence of adverse cardiac events will be significantly reduced.This treatment method has good application value.
