慢性肾功能衰竭血液透析患者并发心律失常的临床防治

Clinical Prevention and Treatment of Arrhythmia in Hemodialysis Patients with Chronic Renal Failure

研究了针对慢性肾功能衰竭血液透析患者并发心律失常的临床防治方法。随机选取110例于2021年1月—2022年1月在北京市普仁医院接受血液透析的慢性肾功能衰竭患者为研究对象,将所有患者临床资料进行搜集,并对并发心律失常患者临床特点与处理方法进行分析,总结相关特点与防治措施。通过深入分析,发现心律失常发生和基础病变、营养状况、炎症因子、电解质与透析时间有着相关性。因此,临床上可以适当调整透析方法,并合理运用抗心律失常药物,以取得理想防治效果。

To study the clinical prevention and treatment of arrhythmia in hemodialysis patients with chronic renal failure.Randomly select 110 patients with chronic renal failure who received hemodialysis in Beijing Puren Hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 as the research objects,collect the clinical data of all patients,analyze the clinical characteristics and treatment methods of patients with arrhythmia,and summarize the relevant characteristics and prevention and treatment measures.Through in-depth analysis,it was found that the occurrence of arrhythmias was related to basic diseases,nutritional status,inflammatory factors,electrolytes and dialysis time.Therefore,the dialysis method can be properly adjusted in clinical practice,and antiarrhythmic drugs can be reasonably used to achieve ideal prevention and treatment effect.
