中医康复护理对脑梗死患者功能康复的影响

Effect of Rehabilitation Nursing of Traditional Chinese Medicine on Functional Rehabilitation of Patients with Cerebral Infarction

探究了对脑梗死患者进行中医康复护理对患者功能康复的影响。选取2020年1月—10月西南医科大学附属中医医院收治的100例脑梗死患者作为研究对象,将其分为基础组与观察组,每组50例。基础组行常规护理,观察组行中医康复护理,比较两组患者功能康复情况和满意度。研究发现,对于脑梗死患者进行中医康复护理可有效改善患者的肌肉和运动功能,提高患者日常生活能力和满意度,临床可将该方法加以推广和应用。

This paper explores the influence of traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation nursing on the functional rehabilitation of patients with cerebral infarction.100 patients with cerebral infarction admitted to the Affiliated Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Southwest Medical University from January to October 2020 were selected as the research objects,and they were taken as the basic group and the observation group,with 50 patients in each group.The basic group received routine nursing and the observation group received traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation nursing.The functional rehabilitation and satisfaction of the two groups were compared.It can be seen that TCM rehabilitation nursing for patients with cerebral infarction can effectively improve their muscle and motor function,improve their daily living ability and satisfaction,and this method can be popularized and applied in clinical practice.
